Pain Relief that actually helps!

Don't know if this will help anyone but now Ive found these patches I can't live without them!

Be You Cooling Patches from Amazon, Ive tried countless different types of pain relief for unbareable period pain and those horrible shooting pains that often bring tears and these are the only thing to ever make a difference. The pain isn't 100% gone but it eases just enough to be able to actually get out of bed. It's like wearing a plaster, lasts for hours and isn't even noticeable under clothing. I would highly recommend to anyone with Endo just to make the bad days that bit more manageable.

I know you can get them in Superdrug but you only get 1 patch as on Amazon you get 5 for £8.99 totally worth every penny

I find menthol and camphor gels also good for rubbing onto an area, it gives warm effect which defuses the pain for a while. I use SBC camphor and menthol gel and also oriental balm from the poundshop, also good on the head if you have a migraine or headache.
