Recovery time?

Hi ladies im new to this and Im sure the question has probably been answered somewhere but just wondered how long recovery is likely to be after having endo cut out and parts lasered. Also had a tear in my womb so they lasered that too. I had op 5 days ago and still feel awful. Thanks. x

I know exactly how you feel - it's like you're never going to get better! I had a wee bit less taken away than you, but after my last lap I needed 3 weeks off work. Probably started to feel more human after 2 though. Remember that you've been through a lot even if you can't see it and be good to yourself. Hope you start to pick up soon. x

It took me from 29th of lap op until end of jan to recover properly. I had alot cut lasered and my ovaries were covered in cysts and pulled in and stuck to my bowel so they put them back to where they should be. It takes ur belly along time to recover after an op like that. I then got a urine infection from the op which made my recovery longer. I still have a tender belly still but that could now be my decapeptyl injections. Xx
