Cutting wheat from your diet seems to help some of you.can I ask if you have eliminated all wheat,e.g sauces and gravy or just bread,pasta,cake?

Through reading an book on Endometriosis by Dian Mills it does mention cutting wheat. Therefore I have eliminated bread without wheat and cereals just to see if it would help at all. Does anyone else tried this at all?

Thank's.just wondered how strict you need to be to feel any benefit as wheat is in so many things like stir fry sauce,mayonnaise,gravy.does it all have to go?

I cut out all wheat - bread, pasta, cereal, sauces, everything wheat, and it made a massive difference. I followed the endo diet so cant say all of the difference was just down to wheat but im sure it had the biggest effect. I also cut out dairy, caffeine, alcohol, all meat other than chicken. I stuck to it completely for months but its been a struggle since Xmas but need to get strict with it again as it really did make a huge difference x

Try cutting a few things out at a time, much easier than changing everything over night. I found it a bit difficult for the first couple of weeks but it was amazing how easy it was once id worked out enough meal ideas etc and noticing a real difference helped me stick to it, unfortunately xmas destroyed it a bit and ive fallen off the wagon but im going to make a real effort with it again from Monday x I hope it works for you too

Hi. Very interesting to read your comments. Just wondering does your endo diet include cutting out meat,dairy,caffeine and wheat of course? I've carried on with meat and dairy myself and trying to cut out wheat from cereals, bread and pasta. Does it help with pains during that time of the month!!!
