Vitamin E

Hi it was suggested by a friend to take vitamin e to help with post-op adhesions. Has anyone taken this? Does it help? Sx

I havent heard of it, but if you find out more info please let me know, I'm 3 days post-op and they cleared both endo and adhesions, so I'm very interested in this. x

I read somewhere Black Seed Oil is good for endo and general healing although I've no idea where anyone would get it.

Aloe Vera is fab for post-healing
