Hi

I heard that taking DIM reduces the estrogen in the body. Has anyone ever tried and is it really worth?

Thanks

Hi,

I swear by this blog, written by a lovely lady called Melissa. She has talked about DIM in this post and will answer any questions you may have. I think its meant to be a good supplement to take when coming off the pill to rebalance your levels. Hope this helps! xx
