Lump in tummy?

ok,so i am on here a lot lately.Went to see consultant tuesday.What i thought was a dip in my stomach was more of a swellimg on the left hand side,had my 3rd injection and now there is a painfull hard lump just to the left of my belly button,i assume he felt this as they know what to look for,booked in for cystocopy and mri.Does anyone else have this symptom or know what it is.?

Need to get something done for it asap. I first found out I had endo when I had a lump in my tummy which was last year and things got so bad I needed surgery. By then so much damage had been done already because doctors didn't take much notice at first.
