Anyone else have endo and dermoid ovarian cysts?

Hi, my latest lap, last week, showed that I do have endo but I also had a dermoid cyst removed. I wondered if anyone else has both? If this is quite rare? If the two conditions could be related? Please let me know.Thanks.

I suffer from endo and ovarian cysts but haven't had a dermoid cyst.

I have endo caused in some part by a dermoid cyst bursting during removal.

I had a dermoid cyst and tube removed about 2 and a bit years ago now i am under dr and gynae for possible endo, do you think this could be related? i have also had a sterillisation, then i got an infection from that and i have also had gallbladder removed. Thing is wouldn't they have seen endo while doing these other surgeries?

Hi, I have been told by several gynaes that it is not related and have read loads of books and dermoids are never mentioned. I'm afraid it's just bad luck to have both! I had 2 laps that didn't show endo so you could still have it. Get in touvh if you need any help x
