Can Endo cause missed periods???

Does anyone know if Endo can cause their period to be late? They are like clockwork & the last time I had a missed period it was last year August & never came for 3 months was in severe pain and thought it was due to the cysts forming... But I’m late 5 days now , no pain whatsoever just that “period feeling” that I should be coming on ... also sore full breasts & a mood like a b***h! Dunno what’s wrong with me this month 😡🤬

I don't know if endo causes it's but suspect it does with me. Mine can be really erratic. I can be like clockwork for ages, then miss a month, miss 3 months or my favourite get 2 in one month! Never know when it's coming and can get all the feelings that it is then nothing! I can suffer really severe crippling cramps even when I'm not on. If you are generally regular it might be worth getting it checked out. Although my doctor just told me oh that can happen . . .

Thanks Clara12, I’m not sure I have Endo for sure yet still waiting for my GYN appointment.... sorry to hear about the crippling pain you get even when not on! I could imagine that being very irritating & misleading for AF, weirdly I don’t get any obvious symptoms so I’m just a huge worried mess right now *sigh*

Possibly in the past I’ve gone 3 months with no period. Usually it’s 30-35 days but sometimes it’s 41. It’s very frustrating because we don’t have answers xx

Ino! it’s so nice to speak to someone who understands... I feel so alone & in the dark & just trying to analyse every symptom because I still don’t know if it’s Endo for sure... xxx
