Pelvic pain

Hello, I'm not sure if anyone else has had similar issues but I had surgery last year to remove scar tissue which was found to be along the back wall of my uterus and a cyst attached to my left ovary.

My symptoms don't seem to have improved since then, I now get severe lower back pain that appears randomly and recently have started getting shooting pains across my pelvis and when I try to sit down it feels like my pelvis is splitting.

I've tried to discuss this with my gynaecologist but just got told that the waiting lists are so long at the moment that I won't get another appointment for months and will just have to go somewhere else if it gets worse before I see them.

Has anyone else had this sort of pain? I'm worried that the scar tissue has come back or I've got more cysts developing :/
