HiIm 30 unmarried women and I'm currently taking Generic Name

Dienogest 2 mg+Ethinylestradiol 30 mcg for 4 years. I have break through bleeding. So I taken noerithrone 10 mg 2 per day. Then I stopped. now I have heavy period transamicacid 500mg 2 per day with

Dienogest 2 mg+Ethinylestradiol 30 mcg. Slightly better now but abdominal pain still I have. Last month I did more house hold chores so my doubt is my uterus position is change?. So I have heavy period?. My last scan report was normal november 12. 2024.

Endometrial was thin 4mm. Thank you

if you’re concerned you would be best to ask your doctor about the medication, but in my experience, when you stop that kind of medication, you can get a heavier period as your body adjusts. If your pain isn’t being controlled by the tranexamic acid, you could also ask about extra pain relief.
