Endo stage IV and symptoms during/after pregnancy

Hi all,I'm 27 and I was diagnosed with endo stage IV. Had laparoscopy and they found it all over uterus, ovaries and bowel. Bowel movements are painful on some days so I'm pretty sure the scar tissues are still there or growing. Anyway.

I was wondering if any of you has similar endo and managed to have children. If yes, how was the pain during pregnancy? Better? Worse? And how is now?

Thanks for sharing!

Hey I've stage 4 Endo on my ovaries, appendix and bowel so pretty similar. I'm 37 weeks pregnant (through IVF) and have found that my symptoms really improved as soon as I got pregnant, my consultant said the Endo should settle down for the pregnancy and that has really been my experience. I've no Endo pain, bowel symptoms are hugely reduced and I feel much more balanced hormonally. Also I've been treated as a low risk pregnancy, the Endometriosis hasn't been seen as a risk factor at all. Hope this helps!
