fatigue + joints ache?

hey, anyone else suffering with endo get really bad random bouts of fatigue and join ache? It feels like I’ve done a massive full body work-out and havent. Walking around feels like gravity is too strong? Not sure how else to explain it other than just mad sudden fatigue. I track my cycle and everything, came off the pill and now have the coil, 4 months into that. Not sure if anyone else experiences it ? Xx

Hi there, this is something I experience in a regular basis but unfortunately I don’t have any tips. For example yesterday I had pretty much a full nights sleep (minus waking up a couple times) but by 9am I already felt like I needed a nap.

It’s got worse since I started taking Ryeqo but it’s been something I’ve always had to battle with. I think the consultant is going to press for me to have the coil now that Ryeqo is affecting things.

Sorry I haven’t got any advice but you’re not alone

You're definitely not alone on that one! Fatigue can be absolutely awful. I also suffer with me(cfs). It's not a nice symptom to have at all. You can sometimes have specialists who can help with Fatigue 🤷🏻‍♀️ I've personally never received much help for my fatigue, but I'd definitely say speak to your doctors about it ! I hope you can find some help 🫶🏻

I've had really bad fatigue for many many years. Got worse following coming off hormonal contraception. I was recently diagnosed with Endometriosis and now it all makes sense why I feel so awful all the time!

I 100% understand your pain and fatigue. Some mornings my joints ache so bad getting out of bed I can barely move! The muscle aches can be so bad too and totally get what you mean with gravity. I feel so weak and almost like my body is slower because I havent got the strength to move against gravity! I frequently can't get through the day without having a lie down/sleep as the fatigue can be so bad. Also get really bad migraines if I am too tired.

I've not really thought about it in relation to my cycle as prior to my diagnosis I honestly felt I've I was just very broken. 😂 However, looking to see if there are any patterns to it. Still very much learning to listen to my body instead of ignoring it and carrying on as best as I can!

I would advise going gluten free! I had terrible pain in my joints, fatigue, heaviness in legs and feet. I didn’t have much faith but tried gluten free and after just a few days it went and haven’t had it back since! I still get fatigued if I’ve got a lot going on but nothing like it was. Bonus is I get less endo flare ups too.

Just remember gluten is in so much stuff you have to check everything! It’s even in gravy granules!

Hope you find something that works 🙏
