But I feel like I’m not recovering. Like each morning im waking up in no less pain then the day before and it feels like my endo is still there even tho it isn’t and ik it was a major surgery to remove my stage 4 endometriosis but i just want to know how long it will feel before i feel normal again

You need to be patient, recovery can be slow and steady! You have had bits of your body chopped away and sewn up from the inside and out.

Try to focus on good things, eat well, move regularly and each day try to manifest great things. Listen to music and try to remain chilled.

We all recover at different times. Hopefully, soon, this will all be a distant memory.

Wishing you well🍀

Oh hun,I know you said it wasn't major surgery, but you have literally had sharp tools poking around at your inside for a few hours.

Sometimes people are fine within 2-3 days, and others it can be a few weeks. Listen to your body, don't overdo it, REST- the most important thing to get better. And take your pain medicine.

Sending you all the love, here's hoping day 5 is slightly less pain and then day 6 even more so🥰

it took me over a week to feel even a bit better from just a diagnostic lap, and then I still laid about for another week- take it slow. Keeping calm and not catastrophising will help the body heal quicker if it’s not tense.

Hope you feel on the mend soon x
