Extreme pain 3 weeks post op

I had my 2nd lap on 15/11. Only 3 small areas of endo removed, I also have adenomyosis.

I'm 3 weeks post op and still struggling to walk very far or stand for more than a few minutes. Friday was busy as I had my toddler with me, I can't bend to do nappies yet or pick her up. Saturday we went to a family event at my husband work, I sat a lot but was up and down a lot. Then yesterday took my kids to the cinema to see Moana 2, which has been arranged for ages. Today I plan on doing nothing. I was limping Saturday and yesterday and needed oramorph last night in bed. I'm so frustrated this is taking so long to recover. This weekend I've definitely done too much, but I'm supposed to be back to work next week! I've made an appointment with my GP to get signed off for longer. This is so frustrating!! I've put on almost a stone in the last 8 months as I can't workout or exercise. How is 2-4 weeks realistic for anyone to recover!?! ☹️☹️☹️
