I’m just wondering if anyone else has really bad trouble sleeping and if you’ve been told this is a symptom of endo?
I’m constantly waking up in the middle of the night and not able to get back to sleep, I’m exhausted aaaaall the time. I feel like maybe there are points in my cycle where it’s worse, but it’s hard to track… does anyone have any ideas for what might help?

Oh wow, you’ve explained my symptoms to a tea! I wake up multiple times a night, sometimes unable to go back to sleep. I have stage 4 endo & it was v bad before my lap (over a year ago). It helps if I don’t use my phone before bedtime & write myself lists of things to do before I sleep, otherwise I think of anything & everything. I’ve become more of a worrier than I was.
I am and was the same I did the sleep station through the Dr that didn't help I tried night Kalms think they did help a bit. Lavender oil by the side of my bed. No coffee after 6pm it still wasn't totally right but did help. 😊
I'm lucky if I get more than 6 hours sleep. I always wake up between 2-4am sometimes I can go bak asleep sometimes notFatigue is a symptom but I'm not sure about insomnia
Hi I have interrupted sleep too. I get to sleep ok after taking pain relief and amitriptyline. But usually need to empty my bladder once or twice a night and then once emptied I get an increase in pelvic pain which stops me from getting back to sleep. I'm exhausted
I'm sorry you're having trouble with sleep too. I also use red top tiger balm to help with the pain. There is a good website called The Sleep Charity and it has some useful advice which might be helpful.
