Been hospitalised three times with acute pain- Had abscess in right side March 2023, then pelvic reoccurring tuboovarian abscess Oct 2023 and now in Oct 2024 ultrasound showing endometri on left ovary. Got discharged last night from gynae ward , they said surgery waiting list could be anything upto year. Now have vag. bleeding and diareah to add to symptoms , lost appetite and pain less but still there. What should I do whilst waiting for surgery? Should I take adhesion enzyme medicine? Think I've got adhesions as have had gynae issues for nearly two years. I've done bit of reading on serapeptidase- should I take this to help the pain whilst I wait for surgery?
