Just had my surgery, I’ve been having pain on the right side of my stomach and they found that my colon and ovary was stuck to my left pelvic wall could this be causing the pain?
They also found adhesions on my uterus which have been removed and they are unsure if it is endometriosis but I was too off my meds to ask if they’ll be testing it. Does anyone know if they usually test adhesions or if they can and if I contact my GP will they know?
I’m unsure if I can say I have endometriosis or not.
Thanks

Hi lovely, sounds very similar to one of my surgeries. I had some pain after and it was due to my ovaries being stuck to things. It took a while for everything to heal and go back to normal. If thw pain continues a few months after you had your surgery I'd speak to then again. The adhesions they found would get tested if they were unsure what they were. At least that's usually what they do.
Sounds like there was some endometriosis especially with the colon, ovary and the left pelvic wall.
