Severe inflammation

Hi all,

My husband and I were due to start stimulation tomorrow but I had really bad diarrhoea and felt generally unwell last week. I went to A&E on Friday night and my white blood cell count was 18 and my inflammation was 210 - it should have been 5. I was admitted into hospital and given an antibiotic as they were treating me for a bowel infection.

I have endometriosis, v low amh and hydrosalpinx on both fallopian tubes. We are going with a clinic in Alicante and our plan is to do stulimulation and during egg collection, the clinic will do PRP. Then a few cycles later, I will do the stimulation again and have egg collection. In both cycles hopefully there will be some little embryos to freeze.

After the cycles, I am on a list to have my fallopian tubes removed (due to the hydrosalpinx). I would recover from that and then go over to Spain a few months later for embryo transfer.

My stress levels are quite high at the moment. I am a teacher in a really stressful school and was due to go back to work last week. I cant even think about work at the moment. My colleagues don't know anything about my IVF but my head and deputy do. Everyone close to me is telling me to take as long off work as I can as it is just an added stress that I don't need right now. I just am so sad that I got sick and now it pushes everything back even more. I hadn't been eating or drinking anything for a week and now I'm on antibiotics and on a low residue diet so I am worried about egg quality. Does anyone have any advice please?
