Not much suspected endometriosis doesn’t need surgery?

So had an MRI, had follow up today, found out my uterosacral ligament was 4mm which is apparently thickened and looks like endometriosis. He also said in my report that I read after the meeting (he didn’t mention it in the meeting) that I have left ovary that is apparently very close to the body of my uterus and is apparently probably stuck. Everyone says even a little endometriosis can cause severe symptoms (which I’ve had) but the consultant (Mohamed mabrouk, who as an accredited international specialist, should know what he’s talking about) said it’s not that bad and didn’t really want to do surgery and said my bladder and bowel look fine. He wasn’t sure surgery would help but everyone on here claims a small amount of endometriosis can cause severe pain so why doesn’t he think surgery would help cause it’s only a little bit and “not that bad”???

He offered to refer me to a uro gynaecologist if we wanted and said if she saw me and then wanted to do a cystoscopy, he’d then work with her and do a laparoscopy at the same time. But that’s a lot of ifs and I looked up what are uro gynaecologists actually looking for, it said they diagnose and treat pelvic floor disorders but those are normally incontinence not frequent urination and occasional stabbing tummy pain weeing and if all she’ll say is exercise then there’s no point paying hundreds to see her.
