hi there I signed the theatre form for a hysterectomy but after researching so much I think I just want the endo removed and I don’t want a hysterectomy.. how do I go about this do I just tell my consultant ? I am 32 and a lot of people have said not to get a hysterectomy as I am so young and wait a few years … can someone advise me on how to reverse this or what to do in this case .. thanks

You can contact your consultant’s secretary and tell them you’ve changed your mind. They should be able to then feed this through to everyone else who needs to know

Yes just ring the office and say you've changed your mind. Better to take the conservative route first, that's what I did.

Hi, as others have said your allowed to change your mind. You should be able to get through to your gynaecologists secretary to update them. If you don't have a direct number then you can call the main hospital number and ask to be put through to the gynaecologists secretaries and they should transfer you or give you the details x
