Hemorrhage bleeding

have you tried mefenamic acid and trans amici acid? This combination works for me - I’ve tried be to A&E with similar symptoms and the above medication resolved it within hours.
When I was having periods mine were worse than that. It’s nothing to worry about. Like someone else said some mefanamic acid should help. But honestly I just had to be doing with it
I would say it’s “normal” for adenomyosis as I stand up with a pad / pants on and flood through my jeans, have flooded through seats when out, it almost feels like blood is pulsating out of me and nothing stops it. Also very large clots.
I have had 2 endometrial ablations where they take the lining of the womb away to help the heavy bleeding. It worked for over a year for me,
I would definitely see your GP at some point as I know how distressing it is.
Also menefemic acid and northisterone together help the flow to become lighter.
hiya love ,
I’m new to the group I’m the exact same here I have very severe endometriosis and I went through 15 pads yesterday was as if I was peeing blood while being in excruciating pain , however I am waiting for the pharmacy to sort my methanamic acid and transamic acid and that help slightly with the pain and reducing the bleeding , maybe it’s worth discussing that with your consultant, hope this helps love
No it's not normal and it's awful but some of us bleed a lot. Yes to tranexamic acid but you can only use it for 4 days so not great if you're hemorrhaging allthe time. Have you been checked for fibtoids too? You need a treatment plan and fast. They don't take it seriously enough andbeing chronically anaemic is awful.
I’m so sorry you’re experiencing this. I’ve been there, almost every month since I was 10. It’s not normal for others but is for many of us with endometriosis. Have you been seen before - they should prescribe drugs to help both the pain and for clotting x
