Hi! Can someone help im already.finish zoladex 6 months but now im getting cramps and even spotting could i have my period back. I need help anyone who were using zoladex

Yes, your period will come back after the zoladex has run out. It only puts you in temporary chemical menopause. You might be lucky enough to go through menopause whilst on it (this is the dream) but generally, women find that their period comes back once it runs out.
