Iāve just enjoyed a few blissful low pain days last week, it was amazing to feel almost normal for a while. However Iāve since started bleeding heavily and cramping, this isnāt my normal Endo pelvic pain, I think it might be the Adenomyosis. Iām on Decapeptyl (have been for almost 3 years now) and that always used to keep a lid on the bleeding but doesnāt seem to work as well now. Back to hot water bottle, rest and pain relief, time to ride out yet another storm with these awful diseases š xx

I know how u feel im on zoledex injections and i had my 1st normal ish week last week, very low or next to no pain, mood was up.Since the weekend i got stressed and upset and flare ups and headaches all back.
Its the long wait till surgery that fustrates me, im waiting for a full pelvic hysterectomy as mine is so severe endo/ado/fibroid and endemetriomas x2.
I spend alot of time crying and emotions are mixed up.
Last week i felt a sense or normal 1st time this year and this week feel back low
Iāve had endo all my life and Iām now 53. Iām still absolutely gobsmacked at how I feel when the pain goes away for a while and I wake up normally. I feel so flipping ālightā, free and almost euphoric for a few days with energy, happiness and optimism, like a totally different person. If only this feeling would last. Have you tried a TENS machine, thereās one called Livia that worked well for me, takes some getting used to but might provide a little relief.
