I have just had a period, the first day I had few mild cramps and the second day I had a lot of body aches in the morning but then I was fine. I’ve had a lot of headaches, feeling lightheaded and low energy, with nausea. Usually my periods are usually causing me horrific pain throughout but this one I have been fine which I found strange. Now I have come off my period it’s like the cramps have set in. It’s almost like it was a delay. Anyone else experienced this??
