Hi,

I been suffering from endometriosis for a long time I initially started to cough up blood around my monthly period, the coughing up blood stopped by it self and had two children after that, I recently been told after my MRI scan that some of the endometriosis is in my pelvic therefore I couldn’t conceive for the last 10 years , the doctors recommended laparoscopic surgery to remove it but it involves a lot of risks. I am really worried and scared because one of my Aunty passed away few weeks after laparoscopic surgery . I don’t know what to do I experience lower back pains, if I am sitting down I can’t straighten my back I experience pain to stand up and straighten my back. I feel sick like I am pregnant around my periods, I also get leaky breast so milk like white liquid comes out like I am pregnant but with I am not pregnant. I been to doctors they ruled out breast cancer but advised to get in touch with gynaecologist.

Please advice what I should do . Thank you
