I too have endo and a diagnosed septate uterus (confirmed when I had my laparoscopy for endo towards the end of last year). I've suffered with heavy bleeding a lot over the past 5 years since coming off the pill, but now know I've likely had endo all along which has no doubt contributed to this. My specialist said I may always have heavy bleeding due to the septate uterus.. but I think I am possibly now starting to see a reduction in bleeding since having my endo treated too.
With regards to pregnancy, I've been told that I can opt for the surgery to remove the septum if I have a miscarriage or need ivf. I'm currently on a TTC journey (only a few months in) so will see what happens before electing for this but I do know that there are plenty of scaremongering stories when you google about it : ( I have managed to find some positive ones too however, and I also tell myself that there are plenty of people out there who struggle to conceive or have complicated pregnancies without having a uterine anomaly.
Sorry for the lengthy reply : ) I hope it has made you feel less alone with having this!
