I was wondering whether someone could give me some advice?
I was recently diagnosed with endo a few months ago and they said I had a paratubal cyst on my right fallopian tube.
I had my period last week which was as excruciating as ever, and then usually the week after my period, I get less pain.
Yesterday I was in minimal pain and then all of a sudden I got really sharp severe pain on my right side just below my belly button. I have been vomiting since with a slight fever. I have also began spotting.
Is this normal? Is this a sign my cyst has possibly ruptured or am I overthinking?
If so, I’m not sure whether to go to the hospital to get checked out or not- I don’t want to go and take up a place when I potentially don’t need to?
Any advice would be massively appreciated.
Thank you

I would welcome knowing the thoughts from others to answer your query as I have actually been to the hospital today with excruciating pain and a brown discharge and I have been told that it is a cyst likely bursting causing the symptoms. My heart rate was high and I also have a temperature.
I am not sure if the doctor was right, but I am contacting my consultant for an urgent scan to check all is well.
I hope other can help you and answer your query. Best wishes.
Ask them to follow this up if symptoms continue, I had same symptoms ignored it and ended up being admitted to hospital with acute PID. Needed intravenous antibiotics. Had ultrasound scan followed by CT scan with contrast for the diagnosis
Back in September I had excruciating pain and cramping out of nowhere. Most of the pain was isolated to my right side. I was very light headed, almost fainted, and started vomiting. I could barely stand up from the pain. I went to the hospital and they did an ultrasound and CT scan. It was determined I had a ruptured ovarian cyst on my right side. They were able to determine it was a cyst rupture because on the ultrasound they saw a lot of free flowing fluid in my uterus. I also got my period the day after the rupture and had a really bad endo flare up. It took about a week or so for the pain the fully subside. I hope you start feeling better soon!
I would get that checked out it sounds more like appendicitis type of pain and I have read of a lot of people on here who have had appendicitis I’m pretty sure it’s caused by the endo…..but I’m also pretty sure I had a ruptured cyst a few years before I was diagnosed with endo I didn’t go to the hospital but I have a chocolate cyst on the same side which I found out when I was diagnosed ….and one day out of nowhere I got the most excruciating pain in my ovary which is actually really low in ur abdomen on the side …and the pain was a cramp that instantly doubled me over I couldn’t stand had to hobble to my bed practically crawling I couldn’t breathe properly and I couldn’t hardly speak I laid in bed with the heat on it and debated on going to the hospital but couldn’t move to go and of course I didn’t want to call an ambulance because I was used to having severe pains with no answers and didn’t want to be embarrassed if they didn’t find anything wrong …after a few hours the pain lessened a bit and I was able to breathe and talk at the same time the pain had spread higher up my right side (which I now think was the blood from the cyst travelling up my side because since that time I have endo pains all up that same area) and by the next day it was just sore like during period time and I just kept heat on it for few days ….but my daughters boyfriend recently had appendicitis few months ago and the pain started in middle of his stomach near his bellybutton then later moved lower to the right side…and he was nauseous and vomiting as well and I’m pretty sure fever is a definite sign as well it’s a sign of infection…don’t want to scare you but I would get to emerg to have it checked
