A week after my laparoscopy where they found and ablated endo from around my left and right ovary I was feeling great was pain free and full of energy. Now I'm at 5 weeks I am experiencing cramps and sharp stabbing pains in my back. I keep thinking that I might be due on but I'm not bleeding I just feel really exhausted again. I'm wondering if anybody experienced anything similar so quickly after their op?

Yes I have. I didn't even get any relief from some of my pain and bladder symptoms after surgery but for the most part I came out of surgery feeling so much better and now it feels like everything is just going down hill again. I would say I had about a month of feeling better and then going back to feeling rubbish. I am still waiting for my follow up appointment with the surgeon too.
It could be because the Endo was ablated and not excised
