17 weeks pregnant with Endo

Hello. I'm new on here :) I am currently 17 weeks pregnant. Only recently in December 2023 diagnosed with Endometriosis after an internal scan in June and a follow up MRI in Sept. Got pregnant naturally after 2 years of trying and 2 miscarriages. The reason for coming on here is to share and try to seek some reassurance I suppose. The Obstetrician said yesterday that I have 2 chocolate cysts; 1 in my right ovary and 1 behind my uterus and also a few fibroids. I've got another appointment in 6 weeks time, 3 weeks after my 20wk scan. My concern is the Consultant mentioning that these cysts can rupture and also that they can turn malignant. I wasn't prepared for that yesterday! I know the chances are very rare but it has scared me nonetheless! I feel like the next few months are going to be an awful worry, when it should be a happy time. They can’t repeat bloods [CA125 levels] because I am pregnant so the readings wouldn’t be accurate. I should have asked more questions yesterday but I was taken aback. Has anyone else been in this position? Thank you.
