i got an ultrasound for pcos, came back clear.. could it be endometriosis??

i get a burning sensation in my left side of my stomach constantly, back pain especially on my period.

my periods are very on and off

Hi, mine was and is on lower right side of my back, wrapping around my side and down pelvic area. It's a burning and a dull ache a lot of the time. If I take painkillers it does not take the pain away completely. My periods when I had them were terrible. Keep persevering to get a laparoscopy as that's the only was to really see it. Don't settle until you get a satisfactory answer. I really hope you don't have it as it is not easy to treat long-term
