I found myoovi helps. It's not better than heat.. but I switched as on a particularly painful endo flare up my I gave myself blisters from my heat pad.. and I found out that prolonged use of heat pads can discolour your skin 'google grandmother's tartan'. Nothing like that comes with a tens machine that I can see.
