Can you send me suggestions of a reliable and effective electric heat pad? ❤️

Mine is beurer, I got it on sale from amazon and have been very happy with it. It doesn't get as hot as a hot water bottle but has a nice long cable, three heat settings (I always use the highest) and an automatic switch off (I think it's after three hours) so I don't worry about falling asleep with it on. It's also meant to be washable at 30 degrees but I have never tried that!

Thank you for letting me know, I've been wondering if it had arrived yet!!

I have a Magnetic heat pad by Morphy Richards . Model 75401.

It has 4 heat settings. it works much better than a hot water bottle as I can place over my stomach .

I've been using it for years. the cover comes off so I can wash it in washing machine.

I use it on one of my dogs when his back is playing him up as well.

I'm trying Clary sage essential oil on my stomach and pelvis. I also apply to my ankles. It helps with the pain of PMS and it balances the hormones . I have a microwaveable heat pad at present placed over my stomach as it helps the clary sage. it seems to be helping to ease the pain at present.

Thanks for posting your question as it reminded me I had the Magnetic Heat pad and the microwaveable one.

Ooooh! That sounds ideal! I'm avoiding hot water bottles and Microwavable ones because I started getting marks on my tummy from the heat, glad I reminded you of yours though! But I adore the idea of a machine washable cover!!😂 how sad as I? 😂 mostly because my dog is fine, but she will nick it and I don't want it stinking of doggo 😂 never looked into clary sage but I might steal that idea off you and try that! ❤️

The clary sage works really well. My magnetic heat pad is electric. They always come with a white cover. So it great to be able to take it off and wash in washing machine once a week
