MINT. Mint anything….mint tea, mint leaves, mints. Mint is just about the only thing that helps with gas pain—that’s what a nurse told me. Gas can get trapped in your back as well, so move around, stretch it out and BREATHE. 4-7-8. I tried everything for my back pain and Reiki is what finally saved me.

Mine went away after a week or so, but it was pretty hard to deal with... I haven't found anything that help, but the pain killers. For my back pain the only thing that worked (and still work) is a heat pack.

Take care of yourself 🤍

I found putting a wheaty bag / hot water bottle across my tummy (I.e between top incision and ribs) helped more with the pain than putting it on the areas that were in pain. But also second the comment about mint, I was drinking Mint tea constantly which helped too

as others said: mint

I had mint tea non stop

Also my pain was mostly around collarbone area, so I realised lifting my arms or placing them behind my head helped a lot
