Hi everyone,

I hope that you are doing okay.

I was wondering if anyone is also suffering with pelvic floor dysfunction as well as evil endo?

I have stage 3/4 my consultant wanted me to try prostap prior to hysterectomy (I am petrified) and have not started it yet.

I guess I’m wondering if anyone has any relief ideas for the pelvic area… the back pain is more and more intense each day.

secondly, if anyone who has had a hysterectomy with pelvic floor did they find that their symptoms eased after this?

I know that we are all different and it’s not a one size fits all in case of treatments etc. however Endo can be quite isolating and this group has been great, and I’ve found so much useful information so thank you to all

thank you for taking the time to read x

Hey,

My pelvic floor was very tight post surgery and still is tbh so I asked to be referred for pelvic floor physiotherapy and also recommended to so 'pregnancy stretches' which has really helped with the back pain and the nerve pain in my pelvis. Hope that helps xx
