Another surgery and potential removal of fallopian tube + IVF

hello, i had lap last june 1st, and had my first Gynaecology appointment last oct 6 and it didn’t go really well. I was recommended to have another surgery and check the condition of endometriosis and removal also. I was told that my fallopian tube will be remove too for the preparation for IVF so i can have more chance for a successful IVF as the other tube seems damaged.

anyone had removal of fallopian tube and IVF afterwards? Was is successful for ivf?
