3) pain up my backside and up vagina sometimes separately but sometimes at same time
4) specific pain in pelvis which is very persise and localised on one area which is right in middle of pelvis which is a burning sensation
5) nausea!
6)had some bleeding after sex (haven't had in awhile I am also on implant and pill)
I am going to my gp soon but open to hear stories or symptoms!

Mine have adhesions together, don’t know where but I get very sharp pains every so often in my lower left side. Always the same place so I suspected that’s where. It’s not just a pain, it’s an excruciating double up can’t stand or think pain. It only lasts a few minutes, no more than 10 at a time, it doesn’t go on all night or anything. But it’s very difficult when it hits. I keep suspecting it could be some sensitivity at the stuck together areas?
Before surgery I had my uterus tied together with my rectum and part of my bowel. I always had so much pain during period when my stool went through there. And even years before my diagnose I was sure something is there between my uterus and bowel because I felt localised pain there. I was constipated only a couple of days a month, while the others were mostly with soft stools or diarrhea. My insides felt like there were tied with barb wire and pretty much a stabbing kind of pain in my anus and uterus.
Hi sorry to hear this yes I know this feeling only too well gentle light stretches help me, I do Paracise exercise with Sarah Goldsack its for older people but it helps Endo and Adeno, give it a go nothing to loose. sending a hug hoping you feel better soon. xx website Paracise.com
I just had this exact scenario confirmed by laparoscopy last week- bowel and uterus fused. My symptoms are pain near right ovary about 20 days per month and stabbing pains in rectum during menstruation. No constipation for me- quite the opposite but very painful! Hope you feel better x
