Comimg out of an awful weak for being unwell, I was recently sent this article. It really helped me to understand why I feel the way I do and not be so hard on myself!

Also has a theory on a new potential cause of endo and treatment.

Hope it helps

Sorry to hear you've had a bad week feeling unwell. Hope you feel better soon. Thank you for sharing that really positive article. It gave me lots of hope when I still feel pretty rubbish after years of treatments and surgery that's only helped a small amount so far. I'll pass it on to others, who I know could use some hope while dealing with endo.

interesting article. It mentions inflammation quite a lot. I a,so have other inflammatory conditions and I’m convinced it’s all related.

This is an excellent article, there was something similar in New Scientist recently too. It actually made me feel emotional to read the words of how terrible it is from a science point of view, to actually be understood if that makes sense. Interestingly I was told in my twenties I had bad gum disease, two years ago I also developed terrible headaches and neck pain which I think is degenerative connected to my immune system (I’m not getting much support with that either!) I’m probably not going to get the benefit of this research with it, I imagine, some time away from it being turned in to a worldwide treatment option and now 51 however it does give hope that we are at last seeing some dedicated science for endo and how wonderful would it be if women were at last listened to, understood and given an appropriate treatment. 😍 Thank you for posting this.

a book that was published a while ago was a massive eye opener, i think she might be from australia, but as an endo warrior herself she wanted answers too- really insightful and scientific book about how endo isnt ‘female problems’ but a chronic inflammation/immune dysfunction disease. And explains how-why we have it. I found it mega useful

Also offers detailed advice on how to manage it all, diet etc
