Does anyone else get painful pelvic pain, hip pain and back pain in between periods? I used to get ovulation pain in between but now I am getting pains that are lasting a lot longer then before and therefore can’t be down to ovulation pain. I am also now getting really bad pains through the night and it feels like I am desperate for the toilet with pressure on my bladder. I think this could mean my endo has spread to my bladder? Has anyone else experienced this?

Pelvic pain - possible bladder endo?
Hi I get very bad ovulation pain that lasts 10 days each month it has done since I had my son 17 years ago and I also get pain from adhesions in between like a stitch type pain over the bladder area. I have Endo on the outside of my bladder and get lots of pressure over my bladder and I have to pee every hour it’s a right pain and I am up a couple of times during the night. So it is possible you have Endo on your bladder or adhesions.
Hi Newton72, thanks for your response. I didn’t know you could ovulate for that long. My GP once said you only ovulate for up to 24 hours but my GP doesn’t seem to know much regarding endometriosis. My pain is lasting around a week in-between my periods and I am constantly going to the toilet through the night too. I am hoping to finally have a laparoscopy when I get my referral to the endometriosis specialist sent which has been delayed due to coronavirus. Should find out if it has spread to my bowels then.
Apparently you can only conceive over a couple of days each month so why I get pain that lasts that long is anyone’s guess I am yet to find a gynaecologist who has the answers.
This might be completely different than what you're talking about, but I have hip/back/ovary pain on the right side nearly every day between periods, its a dull ache that sometimes gets sharper. As for bladder related symptoms- some days, peeing will cause sharp pains in my stomach and ovaries. Also, when I need to pee, my stomach hurts really bad like I'm having cramps. Those last two things might just be me as I've never heard of anyone else experiencing them.
Hi, thanks for your response. This sounds similar to what I have. I don’t have the pain when peeing though but I have heard this is a symptom of endo in the bladder.
