Nausea

I have little to no appetite and experiencing nausea throughout the day and night. I have a UTI which I’m being treated for. I have suffered with nausea before but it has not persisted like this. I’ve taken anti sickness but it’s not working.

I was due to see the consultant a few weeks back but appointment was cancelled due to consultant strikes.

My endo symptoms have deteriorated considerably since the beginning of the year.

Please help!

Not sure what anti nausea you take, I find Metoclopramide really good, it’s a prescription medication. Works quickly.

Keep meals small, I’ve had little appetite for three years, it’s not easy. Protein shakes maybe.

Anything specific you need help with?

Sorry you are feeling sick, maybe the antibiotics for uti are making it worse. I take cyclazine which my go prescribes for nausea caused by endo related gastro problems and side effect of strong pain meds. It works really well for me quite quickly. Only downside is it makes me drowsy so can’t drive etc when taking it. On the plus side it helps me get off to sleep if I take it later in the day.
