hey ladies… so I was diagnosed with Endo in 2013 following surgery and had surgery again in 2016. I’ve managed to have two beautiful babies since being diagnosed which I am very thankful for. Since having my second baby 20 months ago I feel like my symptoms are back unfortunately and I’m having a lot of pain again in my pelvic area especially around my ovaries. I had an ultrasound the middle of last week which confirmed endometrial lesions and my gynae doc said that my left ovary is now attached to my pelvic wall. Has anyone else had surgery for this and did it make any difference to recovery? Is he likely to take the ovary away or just release it or does it depend on what he finds during surgery? I’m just curious and it’s been a while since my last surgery so any advice will be great. Thank you
