Hi Katie, I had mine Monday 19th, 3 incisions I waited a day then had a shower and with help of partner changed my dressings, following day I'd had no bleeding or anything from them so took them off completely. Been just over week and stitches are falling out I am putting savlon on every day to stop the itch and wearing high waisted undies but is healing really well.
