Laparoscopy hasn’t helped! Next steps?

I’m 27 and been suffering for years with endo pain and suspected bowel endo (and even possible bladder endo!). I’ve had scans that always came back normal until I went private and the endo specialist did the scan which showed left ovary stuck high in and backwards in pelvis suspected to my colon along with a cyst over 5cm. Also showed my womb full of polyps larger than 6cm and Endometrial Hyperplasia. I had my surgery 2 weeks later and he told me just after I woke up that I had endometriosis so I felt relieved the pain wasn’t in my head. However I’ve just received the write up letter and it just states endometriosis taken from uterus and tubes but everything else okay. No bowel endo or anything wrong in my uterus?!

I’m in more pain now especially with my bowel endo symptoms, I’ve already had a colonoscopy before surgery which showed the hardening of my left colon and the colorectal surgeon suspected endo then and ruled out chrons & UC. I’m also baffled how all the polyps can disappear and my womb lining go without a period?

Unsure what my next steps are now as I went to BGSE clinic with a specialist but just don’t feel it’s done any good and my symptoms are worse now then before surgery!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

hey 💜I totally understand I had my lap 7 weeks ago woke up and told the same as you but my bladder needs emptied all the time and bowel sore going to toilet and I was discharged…. So not sure what to do now there’s just not enough help xx

Take bentonite clay and make sure to follow the diet on foodmap (even if it's for IBS, it helps with endo!!!). And curcumine, noni juice... No lactose, soja...
