Wearable heat pads - not disposable?

Mindfullness4791 profile image

Hi there lovely ladies. It's me again. I'm now on Morphine with the pain and even that isn't stopping it. Starting to worry that something sinister is going on 😢The only relief I really get is from my heat pad. I want a wearable one (with massage would be brilliant) but there are so many mixed reviews online so would be really grateful for recommendations. I also would prefer not to use disposable ones due to cost/environment.

Thanks so much xxx

I practically live in the one on Amazon, aroma season. The battery is rechargeable and you can buy spares. I have a spare so I can use it whilst one recharges. Not sure of the cost these days, had mine a while.

firstly, im so sorry you're in this level of pain. I hope you can get relief soon.

not a heating pad but i use these long hot water bottles:

I find them great to wrap around when pain isn't just in womb.

Thank you. I have got one and love it! I just needed one to wear when I go out. I've ended up ordering the Aroma one.

Thanks for recommending the Aroma belt. It is amazing 😍
