Yes!! It can be so bad when I am having a flare up, I will just touch my hair and so much will come out. My hairdresser (who also has endo) says that it is becaude of the fluctuating hormones.

yes that's what it's been like, I've been given minoxidil off the GP but it's hard to remember to use it everyday when I'm in a flare up

Yes I have been experiencing hair loss for years at the front of my head and along my parting. I'm on a waiting list for diagnosis of Endo and always mentioned my hair thinning to doctors but haven't really been able to get confirmation that it's linked? I had a blood test six months ago and my iron was found to be low, not so low that I'm anemic but too low to support proper hair growth and since going on iron supplements it's gotten much better.

Maybe ask for a blood test from your GP if you haven't already?

I've recently just had a full blood count, said a few thing was below but now low enough to require intervention. Just folaite and ferritin which is link to iron, which lack of iron can cause hair loss. I think I'm just going to try b12 tablets anyway to see if it helps.

Absolutely!!!

My skin texture/quality completely changes all the time as well. For me, it's like my body puts zero effort into hair/skin quality because it's too busy dealing with the Endo. Makes me sad. I've tried various supplements, creams, treatments and they work for a time but hair and skin seem to always be last on the list of priorities within the body....which makes sense, but sucks!

It's extremely difficult isn't it. My hair is something I always feel so confident and amazed about, it's ever so sad it's now falling out.
