Severe lower back pain

I had a laparoscopy 2 weeks ago and diagnosed with Stage 1 Endometriosis and it was found on my ovaries and my womb which some of it was removed but not everything.

I always get a severe lower back pain during my period time and know it’s endometriosis related but I don’t know how to get this confirmed as laparoscopy doesn’t explore to the lower back.

Does anyone else have this pain and managed to find out if it was endometriosis causing it?

Also, what type of things have helped eased the pain.

I had severe lower back pain and when I the lap it was stage 2/3 all over my left ovaries and else where but the back pain seems to linked to my left ovaries for me

That’s strange how it can link from the ovaries to the back. I’ve asked for a MRI scan for peace of mind in case it’s something else that can be resolved

My endo consultant is sending me for a MRI to look at the lumbar spine as I get bad lower back pain too.

I’ve asked my gynaecologist to send me for an MRI scan so hopefully he does
