Pain 1 week post lap 😬

1 week post lap and apart from being really badly constipated for a few days and generally uncomfortable felt ok however, today ive had quite bad pain just in the right side of pelvis but it feels like it radiates down leg. I had a bit of a walk about yesterday but nothing id say too strenuous? Hoping its nothing but just inside healing!? All the incisons feel and look fine.

I had superficial endo removed from pouch of douglas and ovary and also adhesions unstuck from 14yr c section scar on right.

How much did you walk? 1 week is still very early days, take it easy, have little but often walks and don't pick up anything heavy 💕 I know sometimes it can be hard but rest is essential xx

Keep an eye on it but I'm coming up to 3 weeks and still getting a bit of discomfort particularly if I do too much at once.

I think incision takes a good while to heal. Had my lap with excision in October and had a pelvic scan this week and I bled and was sore.

1 week is very early in your recovery ❤️‍🩹

Thanks all, luckily that pain has gone now but prob did over do it that day walked 5-10mins to supermarket and then through supermarket was with my husband and didnt touch or lift a thing, but thought i needed to strech me legs! Will defo take it more easy the next few days and stay off work another couple of weeks x just get so bored easy! X
