Is there any pain killer for pelvic pain

I had been waiting from 4 months for my pelvic pain appointment but I had in morning and I received only 4 videos to view which show how to poop,I am frustrated not please anyone can help me as after today's appointment they will call me after 3 months I guess but waiting for an appointment and getting nothing is my fear again,I don't know why I had a big surgery as not even a single day I spent properly without pain, gaining weight,pain and 3 years now I have been sent to pain management team but now three years had been passed and no appointment yet.I seriously don't know what to say I am just breathing to live now no other reason for living life like this,I don't know what to do i am not in touch with anyone else my husband and daughter,no other relationship all left me listening about my pain, Doctors say do some walk and exercise,I mean how I can do and move myself with this pain,if I do dieting I failed if exercise then I sleep like I tired and exhausted.pls help me how to manage everything, moving makes me tired, tiredness makes me sleep ,due to sleeping I can't do anything.i mean what is going on?can anyone explain,I just wanted to get rid of this pain pls.i can't apply for blue badge as I had applied but everytime They ask for points I had asked pip office to send me my letter but no reply yet,how to apply for blue badge as I can't walk mush due to intolerance of urine and bowls, getting embarrassed everytime from people around me.Insult , disrespect, embarrassed is my situation now.i am just a burden for my husband now.
