Help needed urgently

I am in too much pelvic pain due to my periods and my antidepressants and amytrptline has been finished,I missed my yesterday and today's dose ,I am on bed since morning even my daughter went to school with someone else,I am on bed and called my pharmacy for delivery it is not very far from me but they don't have delivery driver available till tomorrow I don't know what to do as I can't walk due to lack of energy, felling dizziness and my head is also very numb is there anyone who can help me nearby to have my medicines I know it will not help me in pain but atleast I can feel better mentally and my headache will be bit better.Hoping to hear someone soon.thank you

Sorry you're feeling this way Kamna. Do you have any friends or family that could assist? You didn't say where you're located.

Hello I am at SL22LY but now I got medicines as I tried calling pharmacy but no delivery so I went next day myself to have them but very honest I felt very bad for myself.i have a daughter but she is not big enough to do these things.i know this disease makes me old day by day and have to be like this always but sometimes I feel very low can't even move from my place had very bad week depressed,in pain and no help,hope one day someone will understand my situation,I have a big family of me and my in-laws but they had left me now from so many years and they laugh at me so due to no understanding and my self respect I have to leave them now as they feel I am a burden to them always complaining about pain and my situation they don't understand me and say that I have to think that they all are dead for me so what can I do now as they already said that they are not available for me so I am not in touch with anyone,my husband and daughter are supporting me they understand my situation and feelings so for them I try to wake up and do things but sometimes I can't as this disease had make me very low mood and less energy I hope some angel can understand me and do something one day.thank you for your reply on my post.
