Hi, i'm 25 and I had a laparoscopy to diagnose endo mid September where they managed to remove some adhesions also. Last Monday I had a lump appear in my upper left side of abdomen, that is really painful but not visible. I had an urgent ultrasound and they couldn't see anything but it started getting bigger and bugger. Last Friday I ended up on A&E because it was causing me so much pain and caused me to vomit about 6/7 times and have diarrhea (sorry if too much info). They told me my white blood cells were high and reckon I have an infection and they put me on a drip and then sent me home. But having no idea what infection I have...I would like to know really if anyone has had a similar situation at all after a lap? Or if anyone can recommend what to do next? Thanks in advance.

I am so sorry to hear this! I would immediately go back to the surgeon who operated on you and get their opinion. It could be related to endo, The surgery, or something else. I would not wait on it as it could cause further complications!
Hi, thank you for your reply. I went to the surgeon yesterday and he advised the lump is too high up to be related. Apparently, the ultrasound that I had was only to see the lining of my stomach so they are going to do a full ultrasound to check my organs so hopefully will have answers!!!
Hi
You may have an bladder infection, drip would have sorted it short term- sickness
and bloating another issue with Endo - Try Charcoal which you can get from an chemist!
Your body will need time to recover- so some effects that are not good- try to rest up
if you can- depending on your current needs- contact the people whom where in
when you had surgery- afraid try not to worry, stress out- one step at a time
Life with endo is an journey
Take care of yourself
