Had my surgery in February and still in lot of pelvic pain and gained 30kg of weight,I can't walk as having swelling on my feets ,my body is out of control now ,feel sleepy and tired,pls help me how to lose so much water weight as according to my gp I have more water weight but I can't do exercise and stretching tried but failed with pain and slept.any help
